Admittedly, in response of the writ court order proceeding has been finalized under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and the same has been brought on record by the applicant himself.
In the facts and circumstances, the Court is of the opinion that substantial compliance has already been ensured. So far as effective implementation of the order is concerned, it is always open to the applicant to approach before the authority concerned.
Consequently, the application is disposed of.
