JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ext.P1 is the order of assessment passed against the petitioner against which, the petitioner filed Ext.P2 appeal along with Ext.P3 stay petition, before the 2nd respondent. Appeal and other petition are pending consideration. In the meanwhile, coercive proceedings have been initiated by Ext.P4 demand notice. It is in this context, the writ petition has been filed. 2. In the above circumstances, it is directed that the appellate authority, the 2nd respondent herein, shall consider Ext.P3 stay petition within a period of one month from today and the coercive steps pursuant to Ext.P4 shall be stayed until such orders are passed, which WP(C).14329/14 2 orders shall determine the matter thereafter.
Writ petition disposed of.
