After arguments were heard at length, learned counsel for the appellants sought permission to withdraw the writ appeal reserving liberty with the appellants to move the learned Single Judge seeking a review of the impugned judgment.

The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty with the appellants to move the learned Single Judge seeking a review of the impugned judgment.
