List has been revised. Nobody is present on behalf of the applicant. Sri Jagannath Maurya, learned counsel for the opposite party is present.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 18.02.2020 passed in Writ Petition No.2649 of 2020.
After perusal of the order and also the facts narrated in the affidavit filed in support of the present contempt application, this Court is of the opinion that no contempt against the applicant, whatsoever, is made out insofar the orders passed by the Writ Court is concerned.
In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
