The applicants were granted 90 days time to appear before the court below and obtain bail by this court. They have not complied the order and have filed application for time extension.
In the order itself, it was mentioned that no further time shall be granted to the applicants for surrendering before the court below.
The time extension application is rejected and the order dated 24.02.2021 is recalled.
Since the applicants have not complied the order dated 24.02.2021 the anticipatory bail application noted above is hereby dismissed.
