Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri P.K. Giri, learned Additional C.S.C. appeared on behalf of all the respondents.
With the consent of the counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
The sole submission of the counsel for the petitioners is that the representation filed by the petitioner before the Executive Engineer Flood Division Azamgarh Department of Irrigation, Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh with respect of their claim that the petitioners are entitled to get the pensionary benefit is pending since 13.09.2019.
Having heard the counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4 to consider the claim of the petitioners on the representation dated 13.09.2019 or any fresh representation filed by the petitioners along with the certified copy of this order within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
The decision will be taken by the respondent no. 4, strictly in accordance with law by recording the reasons.
With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
