The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing this contempt matter the direction given by this Court vide judgment dated 11.12.2013 in W.P.(C) No. 30478 of 2013 has been complied with by the respondent. In the said circumstances, this Court does not find it necessary to proceed with further steps. The contempt matter is closed accordingly.
