JUDGMENT / ORDER

Against the assessment order, petitioner preferred Ext.P2 appeal before the second respondent. Along with the appeal, the petitioner also filed Ext.P3 stay petition. Since coercive steps are initiated against the petitioner, he approached this Court. There shall be a direction to dispose of Ext.P3 stay petition within a period of one month. In the meanwhile, there will be an order against the recovery of amount due under Ext.P1 till the order on stay petitions is passed.
