Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondent at length.
We have also perused the mediation report, which is on record, and interim agreements, which have been arrived at before the mediation centre on 31.08.2018. One of the clause of the agreement is that the parties have decided to reunite and live together as husband and wife in perfect harmony forgetting all previous dispute and differences. They have also undertaken to discharge all matrimonial obligation towards each other in respectful manner. They further undertake not to commit any kind of cruelty against each other, and said agreement bears signature of both the parties and their counsels.
Learned counsel for the respondents at this stage seeks time to obtain instruction from his client for implementation of interim agreement dated 31.08.2018. As prayed two weeks' time is granted in this regard.

Interim order, if any, is extended till the next date of listing.
