Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Petitioner complains of encroachment by respondents 2 to 4 over land, which is recorded as 'Rasta' namely plot no. 188/1 situated in Village Maharajpura, Tehsil-Madhaugarh, District Jalaun.
The petitioner, in case, so advised, may invoke Section 25 and 26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for redressal of his grievances by means of an application before the S.D.O. concerned.
Subject to the above, this writ petition stands disposed of.
