1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for and is granted leave during the course of the day to implead the Station House Officer, Police Station Chhibramau, District Kannauj as respondent no.5 in this petition.
2. This petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging that both the petitioners are major as per the date of birth mentioned in the Aadhar-Card.
3. They have solemnized marriage out of their own sweet will at Arya Samaj Mandir, Krishna Nagar, Prayag on 30.11.2019 and the family members are harassing them.
4. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., P.S. Chhibramau, District Farrukhabad, who shall extend all help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
