Heard Shri Rahul Kumar Jadaun, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Amrit Raj Chaurasia, learned AGA for the State and perused the material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. dated 24.03.2019 registered as case crime no. 261 of 2019 under sections 452, 376-D, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Soraon, District-Prayagraj.
From the perusal of the record it reveals that the petitioner is the first informant of the abovementioned case. In case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the investigation of the abovementioned case, the same may be raised before the S.S.P. Prauagraj, who shall look into the matter so that fair and expeditious investigation of the abovementioned case may be ensured.
It is further directed that the S.S.P., Prayagraj shall supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed speedly without any undue delay and police report be submitted before the court concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
With the above directions this petition is finally disposed of.
