Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent states that the claim of the petitioner for grant of arrears of revised pay scale shall be duly attended to and disposed of by the said respondent within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order alongwith a copy of the writ petition and its enclosures.
