Heard Sri Gaurabh Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Sumit Goyal and Sri Jitendra Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos.6, 7 and 8, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 and perused the record.
By means of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought constitution of Inquiry Committee to inquire into affairs of the Cooperative Society.
However, from the record it transpires that after Division Bench of this Court has passed the order dated 27.8.2018, the Housing Commissioner constituted inquiry under Section 66 of the Cooperative Society Act, 1965.
In such view of the matter, therefore, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction that the Inquiry Officer who has been appointed under the order of the Housing Commissioner dated 1.2.2019 shall hold and conclude the inquiry within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of the order.
This petition accordingly stands disposed of.
