Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned AGA for respondents 1 and 2; Sri D.K. Nirankari for respondent no.3 and perused the record.
A short counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 disclosing therein that after investigation a final report has been submitted.
In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge any action that would be taken on the final report. The respondent no.3 would also be at liberty to file protest petition to the final report as per law.
