It is stated that petitioner's husband was appointed as Assistant Teacher in primary institution run by the Basic Shiksha Parishad. Petitioner's husband was working at Deoria when he died in harness in the year 2016. Petitioner being wife of the deceased employee has made a claim for grant of compassionate appointment as per her qualification, which has remained pending. Hence, this petition.
Sri S. K. Gupta, learned counsel for the District Basic Education Officer submits that petitioner's grievance shall be examined, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.3 to accord consideration to petitioner's claim for grant of compassionate appointment considering her qualification, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned order to be passed, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
