Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"i) a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.1 the Tehsildar, Handia, District Prayagraj to decide Case No.1625 (Computer Case No.T201802030402072 (Sangeeta Devi Vs. Ram Kumar) under Section 34 L.R. Act filed on 10.04.2018, pending before him expeditiously / within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
It has been stated that a mutation case filed by the petitioner in the year 2018 has not been decided till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.1 the Tehsildar, Handia, District Prayagraj to endeavour to decide the mutation case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
