Heard Mr. Manoj Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
By means of the present criminal application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for a direction to the court below, namely, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 4, Gorakhpur to expedite the hearing of the Case No. 1363 of 2015 (Smt. Sangeeta Bharti vs. Pradeep Kumar & Others), under Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the Court below shall proceed to decide the above mentioned case with all expedition, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and by fixing short dates, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the application is finally disposed of.
