High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|05 July, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

An affidavit has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 3 stating therein that in compliance of the order passed by the writ court, the claim of the applicant has been considered and vide order dated 28.06.2012, the applicant has been allocated Tara Mahila Inter College, Bahraich. A copy of the said order has also been annexed as Annexure '1' to the affidavit.
Ms. Bushra Maryam, learned counsel for the applicant, raised apprehension that even though the U. P. Secondary Education Services Selection Board has allocated the institution still she may not be issued appointment letter and be permitted to join the institution. The apprehension is totally baseless.
Once her claim has been accepted by the U. P. Secondary Education Services Selection Board, there is no reason to believe that the District Inspector of Schools and the Committee of Management shall not issue appointment letter and permit her to join without any justifiable and reasonable cause.
Since the order has been complied, the Court does not intend to proceed with the contempt proceedings.
The notices are discharged.
Let the contempt application be consigned to record.
