Ref:- Criminal Misc. Time Extension Application No.1 of 2019 Learned Office Bearers of High Court Bar Association informed that today lawyers are abstain from judicial work pursuant to resolution dated 28.08.2019 of High Court Bar Association, Allahabad. Resolution dated 28.08.2019 has also been circulated to the Courts with request that no adverse order may be passed in cases on Board which are unattended by counsel for either side on 29.08.2019.
Case called out. No one is present on behalf of the applicants. Learned AGA for the State is present.
By order dated 8.7.2019 of this Court, the applicants were directed to appear before the concerned court below within 45 days, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, they could not surrender before the court below within the time granted by this Court in the order dated 8.7.2019.
The cause shown in the affidavit filed in support of time extension application is sufficient.
In view of above, ten days and no more time is allowed to the applicants from today to comply the order dated 8.7.2019 of this Court.
