O R D E R Learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for the third respondent. Learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent is permitted to file vakalathnama with the Registry.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner tenders memo of today’s date for withdrawal of the writ petition.
3. We have perused the averments and the prayers made in the petition. Though we are permitting withdrawal, we make it clear that we have made no adjudication on merits and if any action is warranted against the fifth respondent, the authorities are free to take action.
4. Subject to what is observed above, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
