COMMON ORDER:
These three writ petitions have been filed assailing the imposition of penalties by respondents 2 and 3 on the petitioners.
At the hearing, Smt. V. Padmaja Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, admitted that this Court has dismissed identical writ petitions with certain observations and one such case is W.P.No.30722 of 2014, dismissed by order dated 15.10.2014.
In view of the above, these writ petitions are also dismissed in terms of the order dated 15.10.2014 in W.P.No.30722 of 2014, with the direction that the reasons and observations contained therein shall form part of this order.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petitions, W.P.M.P.Nos.38580, 38592 and 38644 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
