Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has purchased plot no.497 having an area of 0.2280 hectare, situated in village Sikandarpur, Pargana & Tehsil Soraon, District Allahabad through a sale deed dated 25.03.2014. He submits that on the basis of aforesaid sale deed, he has filed an application under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, numbered as case no.756 of 2014 (Sangam Lal Vs. Imran Ahmad) for recording his name in revenue records.
Only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a direction be issued to the respondent no.3 Tehsildar, Soraon, District Allahabad to decide the aforesaid case within a time bound period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and with the consent of the parties, without adverting into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed off with the direction to the respondent no.3 Tehsildar, Soraon, District Allahabad to decide the case no.756 of 2014 (Sangam Lal Vs. Imran Ahmad), within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
