The petitioners herein seeks for quashing of the FIR dated 05.04.2021 registered as Case Crime No.110 of 2021, under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Jiyanpur, District Azamgarh.
Looking to the seriousness of the allegations in the First Information Report, we do not find it to be a fit case to entertain as any interference, at this stage may impede the process of speedy investigation.
