This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the Tehsildar, Tehsil Madhuban, District- Mau/respondent no.1 to decide the restoration application filed by respondent no. 2 under section 35 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in Case No. T2017155156031143 of 2017 against the order dated 18.06.2018, expeditiously, within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
It is submitted that the restoration application filed by the respondent against a mutation order passed in favour of the petitioner is pending consideration since 04.09.2018.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the respondent no. 1/Tehsildar, Tehsil Madhuban, District Mau should endeavour to decide the restoration application as expeditiously as possible.
