(Order on Criminal Misc. Correction Application) Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in the order passed by this Court on 24.9.2019, inadvertently Section 365 I.P.C. has not been incorporated.
Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2019 is allowed. Necessary correction has been made in the original order.
Order dated 24.9.2019 will stand corrected as follows:
In the 3rd line of 5th paragraph, "Section 365 I.P.C." should also be read along with other Sections.
As prayed by learned counsel for the applicants, the applicants are allowed a weeks' and no more further time from today to produce a certified copy of the aforesaid order before the S.S.P/S.P. concerned, who shall ensure the compliance of the order.
