Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
By means of this application u/s 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the applicants have prayed for expeditious disposal of the maintenance application filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C., which is pending before the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad since 2010 bearing No.24 of 2010, copy whereof has been filed as Annexure 1 to the affidavit filed in support of application.
Learned Additional Government Advocate has no objection if any direction is issued for disposal of the pending application of maintenance of the applicant in time bound period.
In view of the above, this application is disposed of with a direction that the court below shall dispose of the maintenance application No.24 of 2010 (Smt. Sangita Devi & another Vs. Ramesh Chand) pending before it since 2010 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and looking to the Roster and the priority on the basis of the other expedited proceedings under the orders of this Court issued from time to time.
The application, accordingly, stands disposed of.
