JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is informed by learned advocate for the petitioner that due to unavoidable circumstances in the family of the petitioner, the process could not be served though request for direct service was granted. It is requested that fresh Notice may be issued to the respondents.
Hence, office is directed to issue fresh Notice to the respondents returnable on 22.1.2013. Ad-interim relief, if any, granted earlier and if it is in operation until now, then the same to continue until then.
