Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"i) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the Suit No.1003 of 2017 (Computer No.T201702323091003) u/s 31/32 U.P. Revenue Code 2006 "Sangita Devi Vs. Jagai, within stipulated time pending in the Court of Tehsildar Tehsil Koraon, District Prayagraj."
It is stated that a mutation case filed by the petitioner in the year 2017 has not been decided till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Tehsildar, Tehsil Koraon, District Prayagraj to endeavour to decide the case of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
