Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Diwakar Singh for the Gaon Sabha as also learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the pendency of her revision, which is directed against the preliminary decree in a partition suit under Section 176 of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act. This revision is stated to be pending since the year 2006. It is submitted that the lower court record has been received in the year 2007 itself, but the same has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the revision as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
