The petitioner is seeking revision of timings, which was last settled on 2014. The petitioner's request for revision is made only because there is default in several other services, the timings of which available; would be more beneficial for the operation of the petitioner's stage carriage as also the general public, is the contention. In such circumstance, if vacant timings are available, there would be no impediment in considering the same, but, definitely with notice to the rival operators and also subject to preferential claim, if any. The consideration shall be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Sd/-
