ORDER:
This writ petition is filed alleging that the fourth respondent is interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner in respect to the plot admeasuring 500 sq. yards in Sy.Nos.14, 345 and 346 of Rangasaipeta, Timmapur (GP), Hanamkonda Mandal, Warangal District.
2. Petitioner claims the aforesaid land on the basis of Gift Settlement in her favour through her father and states that she has given a representation to the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 25.02.2014 to issue necessary instructions to the fourth respondent not to interfere.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, who had taken instructions, submits that the said land in Sy.Nos.345 and 346 are agricultural lands and that the petitioner is not having any land as per the revenue record and that she is not the resident of the said village. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, further, states that the said land is not falling within the jurisdiction of the fourth respondent.
4. In view of the aforesaid specific instructions that the said land is not falling within the jurisdiction of the fourth respondent, it is improbable that there is any interference by the fourth respondent, as alleged.
5. In view of that, therefore, the writ petition is clearly based on an apprehension and no further orders are necessary to be passed.
The writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
