(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE C.L.SONI) Applicant seeks restoration of the First Appeal (Stamp Number) 3475 of 2011 which came to be dismissed pursuant to order of this Court dated 19.12.2011.
Having gone through the contents of the application, we are satisfied with the explanation given by the applicant. We accordingly allow this application and restore the above said First Appeal on the file by recalling order of this Court dated 19.12.2011. This application stands disposed of accordingly. Applicant is given one week time to remove office objection, failing which the matter shall again stand dismissed for non prosecution.
