ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Habeas Corpus.
Going by the statements and averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition we find that it is not a case of detention at all authorized or unauthorized.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
