JUDGMENT / ORDER

Upon issuance of Rule, Anishaben is present in the Court and she is major in view of her date of birth 10.11.1993 as recorded in the school leaving certificate at Annexure B to the petition.
Upon a query about her willingness to join the petitioner, she has stated that she would like to stay and reside with her father.
In view of clear expression of wish and will by Anishaben to stay and reside with her father, it cannot be said that she is detained and/or confined illegally. Accordingly, this writ of Habeas Corpus stands disposed of and Rule stands discharged.
