It appears from the record that notice was issued to respondent no. 2 and she appeared and requested for time to engage advocate and prayed for Legal Aid. The Court directed office to provide an advocate from the Penal of Legal Aid Advocate by order dated 25/4/2012. The record does not indicate that the office has not complied with direction issued by the Court. Respondent no. 2 is also not present.

In view of the fact that the matter has come up after long time. Issue notice to respondent no. 2 returnable 20th July, 2012.
