This Revision is filed by the applicants - original accused Nos.1 to 3 of the M. Case No.8 of 1998, who were charged for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 420, 406, 114 of the Indian Penal Code and the for said offence, Criminal Case No.331 of 1998 was registered before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bagsara, Dist. Amreli, in which the order dated 23.11.2000 was passed by the learned Magistrate.
Looking to the prayers made in this Revision, Record and Proceedings are required to be called so as to reach this Court on or before 19.6.2012. The matter be listed on 21.6.2012. Ad interim relief, if any, to continue till then.
The respondent No.2 - wife, original complainant states that she is unable to engage counsel. She prays for legal aid. Office is directed to provide counsel from the list of panel of advocates.
