The issue involved in this petition is whether the qualification of Hindi (Madhyama) from Hindi Sahitya Sanmelan, Allahabad, obtained by the petitioner is recognized as equivalent to B.A. (Hindi) degree by the respondents.
The affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of respondent No.3 unequivocally states giving reference to the resolution of the Government on the equivalence of examination, that the degree held by the petitioner does not figure in the list of the examination/degree recognized as equivalent.
However, Ms.Mamta R. Vyas, leaned advocate for the petitioner, urges for granting of time stating HC-NIC Page 1 of 2 Created On Sun Feb 28 08:14:54 IST 2016 SCA/1840/2002 2/2 ORDER that she would produce the controverting material in support of petitioner's case.
