Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon the decision of this Court in the case of Dena Bank Vs. Shri Sihor Nagarik Sahakari Bank Limited and Ors. reported in 2008 (2) GLH 218. Notice returnable on 08.01.2013.
In light of the averments made on oath in Para 15 by the petitioner, status quo as on today be maintained by all the concerned.
