The Petitioner, owner of a stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-46/2254, applied for temporary permit on the route Mayyanadu-Mamoottikadavu in the vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-02/S 793 by Ext.P1. The petitioner prays for issuance of temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage No.KL-46/2254 on the route Mayyanadu-Mamoottikadavu in the vacant timings of stage carriage bearing No.KL-02/S 793. 2. If vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No. KL -02/S 793 is still in existence and no other person has applied for a temporary permit to operate a stage carriage in that vacancy, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the application for temporary permit and issue the same; if there is no legal impediment, within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P1. Needless to say, while WPC.No.33863/2014 : 2 :
considering the application as stated above, the preferential claim, if any, shall also be considered.
Writ petition disposed of as above.
