Shri Mankad, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners has placed on record the affidavit indicating that the land in question is not acquired under the Notification and it does not vest in the Government. Shri Mankad, under the instructions also submitted before this court that Notification in question did not mention this land and petitioner is question is owner of the land, therefore no acquisition or any proceedings qua this land in question.
In view of this submission at bar, let there be a notice returnable on 12.03.2012. Direct service qua respondent nos. 2 and 3 granted.
