Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner alleges that she has applied for registration to practice in Pharmacy. Her application is pending since 11.1.2018 which has not been considered by respondent no. 2.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 2 to consider the above application of the petitioner, if any, pending for registration and to pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law on the representation of the petitioner dated 5.7.2018 alleged to have been sent to him by registered post most expeditiously, if possible, within a period of two month.
The writ petition is disposed of.
