1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners are major as per the date of birth mentioned in the High School Certificate. The petitioner no.2 had earlier married to Kaushalya Devi but was divorced by a judgment and order dated 07.09.2017 in Matrimonial Petition No.667 of 2015. The copy of the judgment rendered ex parte against Kaushalya Devi has been produced before this Court, which is kept on record.
3. The petitioners got married on 05.12.2019.
4. Since the petitioners are married against their parents' wishes, they are being harassed by the family members. Hence this petition.
5. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., Police Station Bilariyaganj, District Azamgarh, who shall extend all necessary help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
