JUDGMENT / ORDER

Raj, learned advocate for the petitioner, states that he may be permitted to implead the State of Gujarat, through the Additional Secretary (Appeals), Revenue Department, as party-respondent No.10.
2. Permission to do so, is granted. The necessary amendment be carried out forthwith.
3. At this stage, Mr.B.K. Raj, learned advocate for the petitioner, states that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition, with a view to approaching respondent No.10.
4. Permission to withdraw the petition, is granted. The petition is disposed of, as withdrawn.
