Heard learned counsel for the applicants, the learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
This application has been filed with a prayer to direct the court below to dispose of the bail application of the applicants in case Crime No. 62 of 2010, under Sections 409, 419, 420, 468, 332, 352 and 506 I.P.C., P.S. Khakhreru, district Fatehpur expeditiously if possible on the same day.
It is directed that in case the applicants move an application for appearance/surrender before the court concerned within 30 days from today and apply for bail, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously, if possible on the same day by the courts below. Till then no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicants in the above mentioned case.
