1. Heard Sri Devendra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ajay Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 and learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel for the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 4.
2. The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent no. 4- Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, Allenganj, Allahabad, U.P. to provide scanned copy of the answer sheet to the petitioner for the Examination of Assistant Teacher Recruitment Exam, 2018.

At present, the grievance of the petitioner appears to be that though he had correctly answered certain questions in the competitive entrance examination, he has not been given benefit of marks for some of the correct answers marked by him. In this regard, his application to be supplied scanned copy of his answer sheet, is pending.
4. It is stated that since the scanned answer sheet has not been made available, the petitioner is not able to compare his answers so as to check the correctness of marks awarded to the petitioner in his result.
5. It is seen as per the provision the petitioner has deposited Rs. 2,000/- to get the scanned copy of his answer sheet and has made application in that regard.
6. Without entering the merits, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 4- Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, Allenganj, Allahabad, U.P. to provide the scanned copy of the answer-sheet to the petitioner as per provisions, within a period of ten days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
7. It is also open to the petitioner to institute appropriate proceedings before appropriate forum, in case his grievance survives after the scanned copy of his answer sheet is made available to him.
