The petitioner claims himself to have been inducted as a member in the year 2018. He is aggrieved by the order of the District Inspector of Schools dated 08.03.2018 by which only those members who were member in the year 2014 have been allowed to participate in the election.
It is well settled that ordinarily election process is not to be stalled at the instance of an individual member, particularly, in writ jurisdiction because it would be appropriate for him to institute a civil suit in respect of his right before a civil court.
Under the circumstances, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse of remedy of a civil suit.
