The writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :-
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to constitute District Level Committee in view of Government order dated 28.2.2011 and refer the complain being I.R.G.s. reference no.40020418006138 before committee to decide the same within prescribed period of 30 days from the date of representing complain before committee or within stipulated period time framed by Hon'ble Court.
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the representing dated 15.10.2018 (Annexure No.9)."
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records.
Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that State Government has constituted the District Level Committed to decide the validity of caste certificate, as the petitioner has not filed any complaint for the purpose, before the District Level Committee, the present petition may be dismissed on the ground of prematureness.
As the complaint has not been filed before the competent authority, the present petition is premature.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
