At the very outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that in the similar set of facts writ petition no. 636 of 2010 (tax) and writ petition no. 904 of 2010 (tax) have been entertained and protection has been given. Copy of the orders passed in writ petition referred above, has been annexed on Page nos. 105 and 108 of the writ petition. Connect this writ petition with writ petition referred above. Counter affidavit may be filed by the next dage. As interim order respondent will not realize and recover any amount charged by the petitioner from the Cinema Hall at the rate of Rs. 3/- per ticket for maintenance of Cinema Hall and 60 paise for maintenance of Air Condition and thus modification in this respect may be same.
