Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate, who has accepted notices on behalf of opposite parties 1 to 5.
By means of this wit petition preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus commanding opposite party no. 2 Directer General of Police, U.P., Lucknow to dispose of the representation moved by him on 09.06.2010 for transfer of investigation of case crime no. 117 of 2010, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 IPC as well as case crime no. 117-A of 2010, under Sections 120-B, 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504 and 506 IPC from police station Bakshi-Ka-Talab to some other police station.
Since the prayer made by the petitioner seems to be innocuous in nature, as such, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of the writ petition finally with a direction to Director General of Police, U.P., Lucknow to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2010 (Annexure-1 to the petition) at his end, at an early date, with speaking and reasoned order and transmit a copy of the same to the petitioner, who is complainant of case crime no. 117-A of 2010.
